The ITS Service Desk is the "single point of contact" and the central point of contact for all your technical questions.
It is also responsible for poster printing and laptop lending.
The primary contact persons for the procurement and support of hardware and software at the organisational units of the University of Basel are the IT Service Centres (ITSC) or Computer Managers (CV).
All members and employees of the supplied units should therefore always first contact their responsible ITSC or their local computer managers in case of need.
