The University of Basel strives to provide the best possible support for research, teaching and studies with suitable software at preferential conditions.

The IT Services of the University of Basel procure and manage software that is in the interest of all or major stakeholders. If you have any requests or suggestions, please feel free to contact our License Management Team by email. Please note that funding must be secured. We support and coordinate software procurement - but the actual software distribution is always done through our software shop.
