Google Analytics may not be used.
Since Google processes and at least partially stores personal data (IP addresses) with the "Google Analytics" service, this service may not be used at the University of Basel as a matter of principle. If individual units nevertheless wish to use Google Analytics, a well-founded application must be submitted to the IVIT-StA, in which the handling of the associated risks is addressed.
