The IT Service Center (ITSC) of the University of Basel
IT Service Centers (ITSC) are IT service teams that primarily provide basic IT services at the University of Basel on a geographical basis and across organisational unit boundaries - and, depending on the case, also other IT services. The ITSCs of the units served form the link between the users and the central IT services. They are the primary contacts for procurement, consulting and support of hardware and software.
The service desk is responsible for additional support and tasks that cannot be solved by the ITSC.
