Login problems GlobalProtect / Mail / Services

There is currently a problem with logging in to GlobalProtect, e-mail and services. The query for the two-step login does not appear. GlobalProtect: Please restart the computer once! E-Mail: Please clear browser cache: https://browser-cache-leeren.de/
At the moment it can happen that you get into a login loop when logging in to Uni Services (services.unibas.ch) or Webmail (mail.unibas.ch).
The problem can be solved by clearing the browser cache. You can find instructions on how to do this here: https://browser-cache-leeren.de
If you get into the login loop with GlobalProtect, first try a restart. If this does not help, you must uninstall GlobalProtect once and then reinstall it.
