A new VPN solution for the University of Basel
Switch now from "Cisco AnyConnect" to "GlobalProtect"
The University of Basel is changing its VPN solution. Instead of "AnyConnect", you can now use "GlobalProtect". For you, this means even easier and better access to the university network via VPN.
We therefore ask you to switch to the new VPN client "GlobalProtect" as soon as possible. Let's complete the switch together by May 15, 2024.
You will receive further information about the switch by email. The new VPN client will be installed automatically on centrally managed devices.
