Departments or project groups that are not served by an IT Service Center must appoint computer managers. To do so, please fill out this application form.

In order to gain access to the standard client HW suppliers of the University of Basel, the computer managers need an account for the existing web shops. This can be applied for with the listed application form at IT-Services. Please send the completed and signed form to administration-its@clutterunibas.ch.

This application is intended for associated institutions of the University of Basel.

If device or software access to the network of the University of Basel is required (e.g. to be able to store images or other files in a directory), a service access can be requested for this purpose.

Model 1: Joining the NATEL® go subscription

With a new number: You can have a new number created for your NATEL® go subscription. To do this, fill in the form for model 1. Then send the signed form to your manager.

Transfer from another NATEL® go subscription to the NATEL® go subscription of the University of Basel: If you are already registered with another NATEL® go subscription, you can transfer to the NATEL® go subscription of the University of Basel. To do this, complete the form for model 1 and the transfer declaration. Then send the signed forms to your manager.

Joining the NATEL® go subscription with an existing Swisscom number: If you already have a mobile number with Swisscom, you can transfer it directly to the NATEL® go subscription. To do this, complete the form for model 1 and the transfer declaration. Then send the signed forms to your manager.

Joining the NATEL® go subscription with a number from another provider: You can also transfer a mobile number that is not registered with Swisscom to the NATEL® go subscription. To do this, complete the form for model 1 and the power of attorney form. Then send the signed forms to your manager.

Model 2: Entry into the NATEL® go subscription via an assigned number

With model 2, an existing or new number is automatically allocated. It is therefore sufficient to send the form for model 2 to your manager.

External service providers can request access to the Uninetz in order to maintain and support machines with IP network connections and servers. In this case, however, a contact person at the service provider and an internal contact person must be specified.

For research, teaching and cooperation, mail distribution lists can be requested by the persons responsible for computers. If these lists consist exclusively of e-mail addresses of the University of Basel, they are realized by distribution groups in Exchange. However, if external e-mail addresses are involved, then a distribution list will be created in Mailman. In this case, please fill out this request form.
