solved - Time Tracking: The "Event Type" dropdown menu won't open
After installing the October security updates, the drop-down menu in the time tracking module currently cannot be opened. Clock-ins and clock-outs can be temporarily recorded using the keyboard.
Last night, we deployed the October security notes to the production system. Since then, the drop-down menu for the event type in time tracking has not been opening.
We are working hard to find a solution and will update you here as soon as the issue is resolved.
Here’s how to record clock-ins and clock-outs in the meantime:
- Use the mouse or the Tab key to place the cursor in the “Event Type” field.
- Use the arrow keys to switch between “Arrival” and “Departure.”
