My zoom connection breaks after 40 min. How can this problem be fixed?

It seems that you only have a basic license for Zoom. The University of Basel has a Pro license for Zoom for all lecturers, students and staff. This means unlimited duration of your meetings and up to 300 participants.

At the beginning there were problems with the change from existing free licenses to the Pro License of the University of Basel. This problem should be solved now. If you still have problems, try to log out and log in again.
